Hi

 

Please can you help.

 

I have just gone through the update to web os 2.2 and the phone does not work correctly.

 

How do I get back to the version that the phone came with  that worke ok.

 

I accepted the over the air update and the webosdoctor, eneven got that working on Ubuntu by downloading the sdk.

Solved, plastic packaging on the screen of the pre3, take it off works ok.

screen protectors, why cant they come in teh pack as well?

The piece of plastic was never meant to be used with the phone!  It's just for protection of the screen when the phone was assembled and packaged.
