I upgraded to 2.2.4 firmware. So now I can use Skype voice calls. But I found that my bluetooth headphone cannot be used in the skype call, but only regular call.
I wonder if it is my bluetooth headphone's problem, or it is true that the firmware doesn't support Skype call over bluetooth.

Can you play music over your bluetooth headset? I know with my headset, I can hear phone, but no music.
And I know some headsets allow music + phone. I think they use a different "data/frequency" (<- don't understand
the technical difference).
Skype might be using the music "channel" - don't know??? You have to experiment.

yes, I can play musice through bluetooth.
music goes through high def music profile, and does not have mic in this profile. Skype has to go through the profile thatnormal head set goes through.

So, we'd have to get an answer from HP about this one. I don't have a Bluetooth headset so I am not able to test it. I do know that Music and Phone calls uses different Bluetooth connections to play audio. Phone calls us the Headset Profile while Music and Video use the Advanced Audio Distrobution Profile.
Try this, while on a Skype call, tap the Audio button in the bottom left and select Bluetooth. Does this work?

With my Pre3 I am unable to use WIFI and bluetooth in parallel, i.e. streaming audio from WIFI to bluetooth recipient (e.g. radio station to Pre3 to car audio) results in delays. It kinda seems that when bluetooth is active, WIFI cannot be. Does this match with symptoms of your phone?
